FAQ

  • Do you provide your own products?

    Yes! I will come with everything I need to clean. I prefer to use products with simple ingredients and minimal fragrance.

  • Do I need to be home at the time of my service?

    No! It’s actually my preference to have an empty home when I’m cleaning, unless, of course, that’s not doable for you. We’ll discuss the best way for me to gain entry to the home.

  • What about pets?

    I’m an animal lover and I’d love nothing more than to get to know your pet while I’m in your home! As long as they are friendly and comfortable with me, I’m happy to work around them.

  • Are you insured?

    Absolutely! In the event that an accident happens and something is damaged or broken, I will work with you to make it right and repair or replace as needed.

  • What's your cancellation policy?

    Life happens and I understand that sometimes a cancellation is necessary! I ask that you give me a 24 hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations after the 24 hour period will result in a $50 fee.
